Our recruitment startred journey started in 2012, when the Founder, James, was working for an International Construction and Energy Services Company as a Compliance Manager.
As a qualified Engineer, he knew what was required from the Agency Labour, from the frontline Management and what the business needed from a Compliance point of view.
This is when he said to himself 'if compliance and quality was built into the recruitment process then less poor quality candidates will be hired.
A year later he started a recruitment agency employing permanent, temporary and subcontracting staff within the Mechanical, Electrical, Home Services, FM, HVAC and Construction industries.
