advertise & Manage
Jobs are advertised on a selection of job boards.
These may include Reed, Jobsite, Totaljobs, CV Library and Indeed.
We also promote on Social Media and LinkedIn
We cannot advertise your company name on the job boards, but we can make it really obvious.
However we can advertise your job and company details on this website.
Unlike a recruitment agency, we do not mind how a candidate applies, we just want you to fill the position with a great person.
We advise our clients that just because a candidate did not come directly via Sauce, it does not mean it was not indirectly involved.

review & Filter
Candidates will apply for your job via your job advert in the usual way.
When we receive the candidates CV, we review and filter them to create a short list based on your requirements listed on the job description.
We are also very happy to receive a brief to work to i.e must be located within 25 miles of Nottingham.
We will then email you the CVs for your review.
No more reviewing CVs for milkmen when you advertised for a gas engineer!

CVs that are sent to you are not edited and non of the details are blanked off.
We believe the interview starts at reviewing the CV wording, spelling and formatting.
This may not be relevant for an engineer but is critical for an administrator role.
You get charged per advert not per CV.
There are no hidden costs based on the success of your advert.
You are paying for the job advertisement, not for the candidate.
Call, email or arrange an interview at your leisure, you will not be pressured to hire anyone.
